Frequently asked questions

Can I visit the plantation?

Yes! But not yet. We will offer tours starting in 2020 and look forward to showing you the plantation. Also check in for news about our new Tea Salish Sea Picoshop at 777 Mullis in Friday Harbor, open most Saturdays in the summer and fall! Also join us for our tea house events, all over San Juan County.

Where do you source your tea?

Each of our teas comes from a different place - please see each tea's description for where they're from. In general, our teas are sourced from select farms in China, India and Taiwan, then blended with teas and flavors from the Salish Sea. Need more info? Contact us and we'll get right back to you!

Can I buy in bulk?

Absolutely - let's talk! Give us a call and we can figure out volume pricing...we want to get the word out about our exquisite and unusual island teas and the best way to do that is to have more people drinking it. We can also create special wedding and party favors, and branded teas for your business or vacation rental property. The more of us are drinking tea, the better the world will be.

Do you offer events or guided tours?

We do offer tea and forest bathing ("shinrin-yoku") events throughout the year - please check our website or contact us for details. We work with our partners to offer guided tours and other events - just give us a call and we'll help you create the island experience you're dreaming of.
